He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Slocumb, Sr. and Margaret Prickett Slocumb; and his former wife Billie J. Davis Slocumb. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Slocumb; his children, Billie Denise Slocumb and Dennis Alexander "Al" Slocumb, III (Sonja); his brother Robert E. Slocumb (Peggy); his grandchildren, Christina, Jessica, Richard Link (Aarika), Dennis Alexander "Alex" Slocomb, IV and Heather Aringdale (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Alena, Alexis Arroyo, Chase Blanchard, Braden, Bryce Link, Zoe and Max Aringdale. He is also survived by 16 first cousins and a large extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the same location.
