He is survived by: his wife Bernice Vann Hand of Wewahitchka, FL; his sons, Isacc Hand of Panama City, FL, Clifford Hand (Carolyn) of Panama City, FL, Luthus Hand (Elisa) of Wewahitchka, FL and Christopher Hand (VaTrina) of Tucson, AZ; his stepchildren, Walter Wright of Wewahitchka, FL, James Wright of Wewahitchka, FL and Erica Scott of Wewahitchka, FL; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Sewell, Chisa Robinson, James McGhee, Robin Peoples, Shemekie Hand, Aleasha Hand, Michelle Hand, Simone Bankston, Kayla Hand, Megan Galvin, Natasha Hand, Jailyn Hand, Sadoya Hand, Joshua Hand, Datrion Hand, Ja'Drien Hand and Nalaila Hand; his siblings, Lester Hand of Wewahitchka, FL, Earnest Hand (Lucinda) of Wewahitchka, FL and Riller Hunter (Eddiebee) of Wewahitchka, FL; his cousin Willie Williams; and his friend Margo Smith.
