He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy McSpadden; and his brother David L. McSpadden, Jr.. He is survived by: his father David McSpadden, Sr. of Panama City, FL; his sisters, Theresa McDougall (Jim) of Panama City, FL and Sarah Tanaka of Baxley, GA; and his sister-in-law Yolanda McSpadden of Youngstown, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
