She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Barfield Hall and Daniel Cornelius Hall; her husband Henry Nelson Waters; and her siblings, Ada Hall of Washington and James Earl Hall.
She is survived by: her son Ray (Mary); her granddaughter Helen Coleman; her great grandchild Jonathan Coleman (Ashley); her great great grandchild Nova Pearl Coleman; and her nieces, Susan Garrett (Mike) and Lois Dunaway of Washington.
