He is survived by: his close friend Betty Allgood; his former wife Patricia Latta; his children, Peggy Sue McInnis (William), Pamela Joy Fike, Rhonda Kay Latta, Brian Keith Latta and Joseph Todd Latta (Amber); his daughter-in-law Audrey Maxine Latta; and his grandchildren, Daniel Fike, Crystal Beaty, Tiffany Carrico, Heather Latta, Andria Olson, William McInnis, Jr. and Lisa Herr.
