With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles W. Rader of Panama City, Florida, born in Marshall, Missouri, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Ellis Rader and Myrtle Lilian Driskell Rader; his wife Elizabeth Rader; his siblings, Wayne Marshall Rader, Otha Leroy Rader, William Ellis Rader and Lois Jean Smithey; his brother-in-law James Smithey; his sister Bessie Nell Estill; his brother-in-law Charles Estill; his nephew Jimmy Dale Smithey; and his niece Carrie Estill.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Patsy Rader; and his nieces and nephews, Billy Rader of Panama City, FL, Dennis Rader (Carla) of Mt. Juliette, TN, Debbie Rader-Clanton (Chuck) of Lynn Haven, FL, Beverly Meuschke (Gene) of Mexico, MO, Diane Cornine (Larry) of Parkville, MO, Johnny Smithey of Metarie, LA, Roger Estill of Warrenton, MO, Steve Estill (Christine) of Boonville, MO, Jeff Estill (Martha) of Rogersville and Mary Estill Higgs (Patrick) of Albemarle, NC. He is also survived by many great-nephews, great-nieces.
