Kennedy of Panama City, Florida, born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kennedy and Dot Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kennedy; his children, Melissa Phillips, Kenny Whitten and Tim Whitten; his grandchildren, Jesse Phillips and Autumn Phillips; his brother-in-law Andy Rhodes; and his pets, Smokey and Peanut.
