We bid farewell to Charles Douglas Wiles of Panama City, Florida, born in Austell, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 21, 2025 at the age of 82. Charles Douglas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Charles Douglas farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charles Douglas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Wiles and Lola Wiles; and his half-siblings, Ann, Patsy and Ray.
He is survived by: his sister Linda; and his sons, John and Lee. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 4741 Fire Tower Rd, Panama City, FL 32404.
