He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Michelson (Barry), Rita Kinler (Brian) and Heidi Campbell (Keith). He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association, the Alzheimer's Association or the Lynn Haven Presbyterian Church.
