He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Wolff and Pauline A. Wolff (Eib). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Theresa Wolff (Dykes); and his son Ryan W. Wolff (Tiffany).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel (214 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL 32405).
