He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Black and Frances Elizabeth Stewart Black. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Black of Panama City; his stepdaughters, Savannah McGowan of Panama City and Sarah Eiseman of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Richard Black of Temple, TX, Jimmy Black of Escatawpa, MS, Sharon Black Rice of Rose Bud, TX and Tammy Black Arrant of Pensacola, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony Cumbie, Erik Black, Justyn Black, Angela Cumbie, Jennifer Cumbie Owens, Jeffrey Arrant, Jared Arrant and Jason Arrant.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Bay County in memory of Bill Black.
