It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Todd in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Howell and Lawrence Howell, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Joshua Todd, Sr.; her children, Joseph Barber (Beth), Julia Hester (Wade), Jay Kimmins (Miranda), Elvis Coddington (Gwen), Belinda Buck (James) and Joshua Todd, Jr.; her grandchildren, Mya Barber, Trinity Rykard and Taylor Brown (Alona); her brother Lawrence Howell, III (Bubba); her nephew Jordan Howell; and her son Benny Kimmins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home (502 S Scott St, Bainbridge, GA 39819). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to her children for final costs and expenses for her celebration of life.
