She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe Adams Sr.; and her son Billy Joe Adams Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Donald Adams (Shelley) and Jerry Adams (Christi); her grandchildren, Cory Adams, Cody Adams, Chase Adams, Morgan Schisler (Kyle), Nick Adams, Ben Adams (Brittany), Madison Adams, Grady Adams and Maci Adams; and her great grandchildren, Trinity Adams, Lilly Adams, Nolan Adams, Cash Adams, Landon Schisler and Rowan Adams. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Bay County Council on Aging, 1116 Frankford Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401 in memory of Barbara Adams.
