He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Davis; and his brother David Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Davis Caine (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Al J. Davis III, Brittany Nell Davis, Triniti Frye (Justin), Maverick and Lillian Frye; and his sisters, Genie Shiver (Green) and Anna Sponholz (Larry).
