He is survived by: his niece Debbie; his great-niece Kristen; his children, Tracy Carvajal, Debbie Miller, Betty Kinney, Tami Kinney, Brenda Rapp, Wayne Kinney and James Kinney; and his former wife Margaret Baez. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
