We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023, at the age of 91, Roger Harris of Panama City Beach, Florida, born in Paris, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger Harris to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy H. Harris and Vera L. Johnson Harris; and his siblings, Joy Taylor (Malcolm), LaVelle Haynes (William) and Cordell Harris (Beatrice).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Green Harris; his children, Donna Harper (Jim) of Wilsonville, AL, Dale Harris (Nancy) of Bay Minette, AL and Jeffery Harris (Tammy) of Arley, AL; and his grandchildren, Tyler Harris, David Kemper, Laura Kemper, Zack Kemper, Jamey Helton and Tracy Cribb. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. (Some of Roger's favorites were St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer research, and any Animal related Humane Society).
