He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Watkins Sr. and Patricia Crozier Watkins. He is survived by: his significant other Lyra B. Watkins; and his brothers, Hal Watkins, Jr. (Donna) and Bobby Watkins (Paula). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
