Mr. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Yand (Kim), Samuel Gartin (Conjetta Willis-Gartin), Cameron Gartin (Jessica), Angela McNeal (Lamar) and Raydra Yand; and his siblings, Emory William Yand Jr., Robert Yand, Milli Chapman (Bill), Hilda Cooper (Ralph), Janey Camp (Bryan) and Judy Garcia (Pete). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
