It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Racheal Felicia Smith of Panama City Beach, Florida, born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on August 15, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Oscar; and her sister Galita Steinmetz. She is survived by: her husband Simon Peter Smith; her mother Sara Welch; her brother John; her nephew Jordan; her half-brother Darren; and her precious, Maltese, Lita and Dinky.

Those desiring may make memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
