He is survived by: his wife Pamela Anne Schofield; his children, Tameron Petersen (Jeffery Petersen), Peter Schofield Jr. (Desiree Schofield) and Scott Schofield (Elizabeth Schofield); and his grandchildren, Jacob Sato, Alexander Sato, Collin Schofield, Jeremiah Schofield, Benjamin Schofield, Lillian Schofield and Zoe Schofield.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Laughlin Service Funeral Home (2320 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805). A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
