She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny W. Kirkland; her parents, Joe Mullins and Lula Mae Mullins; her grandparents, Lewis, Nancy Mullins and Zula Tyler; and her nephew Terry Bodie.
She is survived by: her son Jason Kirkland; her grandchildren, Taylor Kirkland and Christian Kirkland; her great grandchildren, Ava Troutman and Marlee Bryant; her sisters, Virginia Brock (John), Barbara Bodie and Jo Ann Mullins; her nephew Lee Bodie; her niece Tracy Sexton; and her great-nephew Chad Bodie (Rachel).
