She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Alonzo Lasiter and Mary Magalene Wilson Lasiter. She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Renee Witt (Kenny), Mellissa Lynette Purswell (Dwain) and Amy Denise Sage. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Covenant Care Hospice, 107 W. 19th St., Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Myrtle Olis Sage.
