He is survived by: his significant other Shasta Branson; and his children, Bradley Fitzgerald, Ashley Knell (Fitzgerald), Samantha Scholes (Fitzgerald) and Rylan Hathaway. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 9 siblings.
