He was predeceased by: his parents, Odas Sparks and Marie Vinson Sparks; and his brothers, Roger Sparks and Tim Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Tina Earley Sparks; his siblings, Leon Sparks (Anne) of Decatur, AL and Jenni Sparks Doriety (Scott) of Springville, AL; his daughter Nicole Pesant (Alex) of Ponte Verde, FL; his stepson Chase A. Lee (Jenna) of Decatur, AL; and his grandchildren, Madison, Miley, McKenzie, Alexander Pesant, Lexi, Lennon and Brix Lee.
