He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burkart-Kibler and Norma Burkart-Kibler (Blankenbecker); and his brother David Burkart. He is survived by: his daughter Eischelle Lee Burkart of Deland, FL; his grandchildren, Kaley Gunsallus of DeLand, FL., Xavier Gunsallus of DeLand, FL., Oliver Gunsallus of DeLand, FL. and Ayla Cesar of DeLand, FL.; his brothers, Brian Burkart and Jon (Jan Kibler); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Burkart of Bessemer, AL and Sue Burkart of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
