He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Frandsen; his children, Lauren Frandsen Rozansky (Stephen), Emma Frandsen and Ian Frandsen; his grandson Oliver Rozansky; and his siblings, Sheila Blom (Thomas) and Michael Phoenix (Diane).
