He is survived by: his wife Gail S. Kinser; his daughters, Carol Ann Browne and Amy Kinser Williams (Gerald); his stepdaughters, Sonja Fowler and Tonya Sebring (Bill); his grandchildren, Ashley Browne, Whitney Kinser, Alexis Williams and Halle Hammond; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Land, Bryson Land, Adelyn Flores and Blakely McGinnis; and his sisters, Ann K. Pickard (Bill) and Linda K. Jackson.
