It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Gallagher of Panama City Beach, Florida, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert E. Coutee and Earlene Coutee; and her daughter Lori Coleen Gallagher. She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Gallagher; her son Sean Gallagher; her stepsons, Jason and Matthew Gallagher; and her brothers, Thomas A. Coutee (Mariem) of Tioga and Reginald L. Coutee of Boyce.
