He was predeceased by: his father Kurt J. Fogier. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Fogier; his children, Brittney Palmer (Stephen) of Thurmont, MD and Chris Ulsh of Lexington, MD; his mother Judy Eaton of Portsmith, VA; his sisters, Carol Fogier Ramanoa (Ralph) and Dolores Robinson (Christopher); and his stepchildren, Nicole Fields (Jeremy), Michael Nelson (Ashley) of Chipley, FL, Joseph Nelson, Richard Sanders (Samantha), John Gray (Brandy) and Larry Gray. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, several cousins.
