She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Prater and Christine McAllister; and her brother Charles Kenneth McAllister. She is survived by: her husband Jim Neely; her daughters, Kate Neely (Jason) and Kelly Neely (Rodney); her granddaughter Aubrey Campbell; her sister-in-law Susan Neely Walker (C. C.); her nieces, Meredith McAllister Block and Heather McAllister Gilmour; and her nephew Benjamin McAllister.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice.
