She is survived by: her former husband Les Karlovitz; her husband John Chambless; her stepchildren, Marc and Stacy Chambless; her children, Max Karlovitz (Jeannie) of Downingtown, PA, Leslie Karlovitz-Tennis (Scott Tennis) of Towson, MD and Jenni Karlovitz of Evanston, IL; her brother Dr. Jeremiah Mahoney (Blanche) of Stratford, CT.; and her grandchildren, Bryan Karlovitz, Alex Karlovitz, Tessa Karlovitz and Colby Lewis. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Panama City Beach Senior Citizen's Center.
