He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Rutherford (Tiernan); his son-in-law Robert "Danny" Rutherford; his son John Tiernan; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Martin. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
