He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Barbaree; and his grandmother Hazel Blanton. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Pulley McIntyre; his children, Heather Burt (John) and Joshua McIntyre; his granddaughter Grace Burt; his siblings, Theresa LoCicero and Joe Barbaree; his nephews, Stephen McNeese (Tiffany), Joey LoCicero (Kenya) and Aubrey Apple III (Jennifer); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Peter, Malachi, Elijah, Ashley and Emily.
