With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Willaford Norman Turner of Panama City Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 1, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry D. Turner and Flossie Meadows Turner; his brothers, Jimmy Turner and Henry D. Turner, Jr.; and his granddaughter Lyla Elaine Batista.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Goff Turner; his children, Jenifer Turner of Marianna, Hannah Batista of Marianna, Wendy Lamb of Cottondale, Kim Cianelli (Frank) of Marianna and James Randall Turner of Marianna; his stepchildren, Melissa Neff (David) of Suwanee, GA and Nick Gulu, III of Pooler, GA; his sisters, Mary Kimbro (Kevin) of Cottondale, Margaret Mcginty of Alford, Kathy Mowers of Cottondale and Gracie Miles of Cottondale; his grandchildren, Ava Butler, Evan Stokes, Lucas, Liliana Batista, Rhiana, Kayley, Emilee Turner, Tannor, McKenize Whitehead, Joey, Kate Myhill, Dustin Whitehead, Phillip, Sam, Taylor Neff, Christopher, Ethan, Maverick and Lillie Gulu; and his great grandchildren, Harvey and Tycen Whitehead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
