It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Joyce Millican of Panama City Beach, Florida, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Millican; her parents, James Vance and Martha Vance; and her sisters, Norma Schlief and Anne Rooney.
She is survived by: her children, Mark, Trent Millican and Malinda Joy Roark; her son-in-law Phillip Roark; and her grandchildren, Alex, Annalise Roark, Nicolas and Myla Millican. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice, the Alzheimer's Society or to Gulf Beach Baptist Church (Church at the Beach) in memory of Mrs. Millican.
