He was predeceased by: his parents, Melzie Daniel and George Daniel, Sr.; his wife Janice Daniel; his daughters, Kristin Banks (Brian), Catherine Daniel (Matt) and Gina Bearden (Joe); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Joseph, Alexis, Olivia and Abigail; and his brother Lewis "Bo" Daniel.
