He is survived by: his wife Elaine Brackin Barclay; his sister Deanna Downard (Gary); his nieces, Liberty Daniels (Shawn), Holly Groh (James) and Brittany Whaling (Bradley); and also, Jean Wilson, Carolyn Waldren (Mike), Willie Barton (Terry), Michael Barton (Judy) and Marilyn Watts.
