He is survived by: his significant other Mary Louise; his children, Penny Swindle, Melody Botts (Richard) and Keith Johnson; his grandchildren, Joey Johnson (Alainna), Brent Swindle, Weston Swindle (Taz) and Sarah Botts; his great grandchildren, Riley Johnson, Mable Swindle, Magnolia Swindle and Ansley Johnson; and his brother Kenneth Johnson, Jr. (Betty).
