She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Butkewicz Sr.; her son Walter L. "Wally" Butkewicz Jr.; and her grandchildren, Lauren McKee and John Micahel Crain. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Crain-DeHoyos (Ray), Antoinette "Toni" Jaseckas (James), Grace Butkus and Eleanore McKee (Glenn); her grandchildren, Antoinette Heelan (John), Patrick Dwyer and Sean Dwyer; her great grandchildren, Patrick Dwyer Jr., Shanna Lamb, Sara Lamb, Samantha Lamb, James Lamb Jr. and James Dwyer; and her great great grandchildren, Alize Ashley and Michael Ashley Jr.. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
