She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Derden; her brother Jeff Derden; and her son Cameron Cook. She is survived by: her father Jerry Derden of Cabot, AR; her husband Eddie Cook; her children, Lane (Josh Williams), Holdan (Mallory Hargis) and Braci (Logan Edmonson); her grandchildren, Abby, Jayce, Lola, J. J. Williams of Jonesboro, AR, Tyler Chapman, Allie Ryan of Sherwood, AR and Saban Edmondson of Fort Smith, AR; her nephew Jeff Derden of Stuttgart, AR; and her great-nephew Tripp Derden of Stuttgart, AR. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family requests that memorials to honor Debbie be made to Local Mpact of Arkansas, a nonprofit organization that supports families who have experienced infant loss.
