He was predeceased by: his father Roy Smith. He is survived by: his mother Betty Smith of Forsyth, GA; his children, Robert Shannon Smith of Fort Smith, AR and Gwendolyn Teigue (Robbie); and his siblings, Judy Young (Mike) of Forsyth, GA and Kenneth Smith (Peggy) of Wedowee, AL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
