He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Vandever and Ethel Vandever; and his siblings, Coleman Vandever and Faye Anne Vandever. He is survived by: his wife Betty Vandever; his children, Janet Mincy (Rick) of Panama City and Scott Vandever (Patricia) of Promise City; and his grandson Jeff Vandever (Carla) of Sunny Hills. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, three step great great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
