He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, David Stephens, Jr. (Betsy), Bubba Hill (Pam) and Mike Hill; his siblings, Benny, Mitchell, Ronnie, Don, Merlyne Collum (Harold), Beverly Sorenson (Mark) and Lavon Ray (Joe); his grandchildren, David, III (Olivia), Hannah Duty (Taylor), Christina Knox (Brian), Candyce Bedford (Kyle), Matthew, Nicholas, Nathan and Annabel Hill; and his great grandchildren, Henley, Ella and Kyleigh.
