She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith "Putt" Putman and Dorothy "Dot" Putman; and her husband Sidney Prescott Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Danielle Dickinson, Deb Rowe, Michael Rowe and James Hancock. She is also survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother, and a host of other extended relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Connie Hancock to the Northeast Georgia Hospice who provided mom with impeccable care in her final days.
