She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Solomon Wesley, Catherine Albenia Lord (Clark), Hiram Joseph and Annie Aldora Gartman (Bardin); her parents, Clyde Clifton and Mattie Elizabeth Gartman (Lord); her husband William Edward "Ed" Watkins, Jr.; her son William "Bill" Edward Watkins, III; and her friend Dwight.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Lynn (Larry Lon Sams), Susan Marie Adams, Diane Gayle (David Miller Fonzi) and Denise Gay Isbell; her daughter-in-law Vicki Lynn Watkins (Davis); her grandchildren, Stephen Gregory Sams, Mark Andrew Sams, Stacie Lynn Sams, Shawn Michael Adams, Erin Elizabeth Watkins (Hamilton), Brian Andrew Watkins, Alyssa Lynn (Watkins), Edgar Paz, Erin Elizabeth (Fonzi), Alexander "Alex" Robinson Denton, Nathan (Andrew), Kaitlyn Diana Fonzi (Blais), Ryan Miller Fonzi, Tyler Anthony Fonzi, Brandy Nicole (Isbell), Jason Matthew Pinkham, Bobby Gene, Ashley Nicole Isbell (Hood), William "Billy" Anthony, Briana Gayle Isbell (Gomez), Kenneth Gene Isbell and Racheal Dawn Pearson (Isbell); her great grandchildren, Philip Ilario Paz, Edward Paz (Archer), Isabella Lynn Paz, Ashley Nicole Pinkham, Sean Matthew Pinkham and Julian Anthony Isbell; her siblings, Mary Ann Fowler (Gartman), Clyde Clifton, Carla Joanna Gartman (Hailey), Barbara Kay Jones (Gartman), Linda Catherine Butcher (Gartman), David Earl, Terry Wayne Gartman and Robert Ervin Porath (Bob); and her friends, Linda Cassell, Ed, LaVonna DeMoss, Louis and Betty Lee.
