He is survived by: his father Charles Hugh Strickland; his stepmother Jeanelle Woodham Strickland; his brothers, John Eric Strickland, William Kelly Strickland and Steve Paul Strickland; his aunts and uncles, David Strickland, Paul Kelly (Terry), Joan Aia and Rita Hilt; his niece Jagger Strickland; his nephew Jack Strickland; and his close friend Pellie Llewellyn.
