We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2020, at the age of 68, Brigitte Eleanor Belcher (Panama City Beach, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband James R. Belcher; her son Jason Belcher; and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Makenna Belcher.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Brigitte Belcher.
