He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Brianna Wiggins; his mother Carolyn Wiggins of Wewahitchka; and his siblings, Jackie Wiggins of Hoover, AL, Tammy Wiggins of Wewahitchka and Ray Wiggins of Birmingham, AL. He was also cherished by 5 nieces and nephews.
