He was predeceased by: his parents, William Isham Cordell, Sr. (Brick) and Geneva Adams Cordell. He is survived by: his wife Martha Cordell; his stepdaughters, Gayle Branson and Andrea Mucelli; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Camryn Branson and Seth Mucelli; his siblings, Janet Cordell Moorhead (Dan), Robert Wingo (Bob) and Joe Thomas (Tommy); and his uncle Tom Wade Cordell (Polly).
