She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck Maidens. She is survived by: her children, James A., Catherine "Cathy" Royer (Bud Mentzel) and Rae Ackman; and her grandchildren, R. J., Staci Royer, David and Daniel Ackman. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
